PURE5: extraction equipment for processing of botanicals

COMERG is an EU company that develops extraction equipment for cannabis, hemp and aromatic botanical plants under the brand PURE5.

The company has developed a strain specific extraction process which is seamless to the full spectrum profile of the plant preserving the oils and the terpenes.

PURE5’s cannabis terpenes are produced using a non-destructive pure botanical extraction process concentrating all the terpenes in an unaltered profile suspended in natural oils from the plants. See more about our machines at:

Our revolutionary extraction method, which we’re calling PURE5, is significantly safer, faster, cheaper, and produces a higher yield in a shorter time than any other conventional method.  We design and manufacture cost and process optimised extraction systems and applicable post processing stages targeting specific end products. COMERG is committed to offer the fastest, safest and most economical extraction equipment for the CBD/THC space and the PBX process is known to deliver highly potent oils preserving the original plant vitality. COMERG scientists are dedicated to the development of next generation natural extraction processes. The company owns the global IP, know-how and the exclusive rights to the application of Low Pressure Extraction (LPE) utilising R134a solvent.

We design and manufacture R134a, ethanol and steam distillation equipment. Our machines are game-changers because it uses low temperature and pressure to process the material, it takes a fraction of the energy as its CO2 competitors, and can handle fragile natural ingredients with little degradation.  See more about our technologies at:

Extraction equipment

We have over 20 years of process and equipment design and manufacturing for plant extraction and post-processing. With background from the fragrance and flavour industry bringing best in oil extraction and processing.

Our TF2L100AU Model extracts 1,000-1,500 grams/h and TF2L500AU Model extracts 7,500-8,500 grams/h of high quality full spectrum oil that does not need post processing. Our equipment is carefully designed for European and Canadian GMP facilities and includes easy-to-clean stainless-steel vessels.

PURE5 offers the most competitive and cost effective turnkey GMP cannabis manufacturing solutions in the industry. Our solutions reduce the risk, increase the safety and ensure the long-term success of your business with proven methods and processes that optimise quality and performance.

Engineering and consulting services

In addition to its extraction systems, COMERG provides engineering and consulting services to help both experienced and new producers to create manufacturing facilities that meet or exceed ISO and GLP/GMP equivalent standards. Design the product flow and source the turnkey equipment in the facility.

COMERG consulting service provides hands-on installation guidance, workforce training, documented SOPs and method validation of final output oils. Our Consulting services enables our customers to ensure that employees are competently trained on best practices for all phases of the product manufacturing process.

COMERG has over 20 years of very cost efficient and process-oriented equipment design and manufacturing for plant extraction and post-processing. With background from the fragrance and flavour industry bringing best in oil extraction and processing.
